- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and remove or disable access to infringing material promptly, usually within 24 hours. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be closed once accounts exist.
