Tile Trio A free triple tile match game with sticker albums
Tap tiles off a layered pile into a 7-slot tray; three alike pop. Fill four themed sticker albums across 60 levels.
About Tile Trio
Tile Trio is a calm but crafty tile-matching puzzle. A pile of warm paper tiles sits in overlapping layers, each tile showing a little picture: a scallop shell, a paper lantern, a brass gear, a ripe plum. Tap a tile that has nothing on top of it and it flies down into your tray. Collect three of the same picture in the tray and they pop in a burst of confetti, freeing the space again. Clear the whole pile to win the level. Fill all seven slots of the tray without a match, though, and the level is over, so every tap is a small decision.
Covered tiles are dimmed but never hidden, so you can always plan ahead. Which open tile also uncovers something useful underneath? How many different pictures can your tray afford to hold at once? When is it worth taking a tile you don't need yet, just to reach the pair waiting below it? The first levels are gentle, flat piles where every tile is open; later piles stack up to seven layers deep with sixteen different pictures, and a careless pick can clog the tray for good.
Every level belongs to one of four themes, each with its own tile colour and its own set of twelve pictures: Tide Pool, Night Market, Starlit Workshop and Sky Orchard. In every level one picture wears a small ribbon. Clear three triples of a ribboned picture and its sticker lands in that theme's album. Fill a whole album to unlock its tile skin and earn a bundle of boosters. After the 60 journey levels, endless deep levels mix every theme together, and a fresh daily pile waits every day, with your best time and day streak saved.
When things get tight, three boosters help: Undo puts your last tile back, Shuffle re-deals the pictures left in the pile (always into a pile you can still win), and Pull-out lifts three tiles out of the tray onto a holding shelf. Clear a level without boosters for two stars, and beat the par time for three. Quick triples in a row build a combo that multiplies your score.
Tile Trio plays in portrait on phones and works just as well with a mouse or keyboard on a computer. Progress saves automatically, so you can stop after any tap and pick up exactly where you left off.
How to play
Tap or click an open (bright) tile to send it to the tray at the bottom. Three of the same picture in the tray clear. Clear every tile to win; if all 7 tray slots fill with no three alike, the level is lost. Dim tiles are covered: clear the tiles on top first. Boosters: Undo returns your last tile, Shuffle re-deals the pile's pictures, Pull-out moves three tray tiles to a shelf above the tray. Keyboard: arrow keys move the cursor, Enter or Space picks, U undo, S shuffle, O pull-out, P pause, M mute.

FAQ
- Can every level be won?
- Yes. Every pile is dealt together with a solution, and an independent solver checks every journey level, hundreds of deep levels and daily piles, and every shuffle. You never need a booster to win.
- What are the ribboned tiles?
- In each level one picture wears a small ribbon. Every three-of-a-kind of that picture you clear fills a third of its sticker in the theme's album. A full album unlocks a new tile skin and two of each booster.
- How do I get three stars?
- One star for clearing the level, two for clearing it without boosters, and three for clearing it without boosters within the par time shown under the level number.
- Does my progress save?
- Yes. Levels, stars, albums, boosters and the level you are in the middle of are saved on this device, and to your account when you are signed in.
- What happens when the tray fills up?
- The level ends, but once per level you can watch a short ad to move three tray tiles to the shelf and keep going. A revived level still counts as cleared.
