About Bean & Brew
Bean & Brew is a cosy idle game about growing one tiny corner café into a chain of four. Customers queue, baristas serve, and coins drop into the till all on their own, even while the game is closed. Your job is to decide where the next coin goes.
Start with a single espresso machine in Maple Corner. Tap the waiting customers to serve them and earn your first coins, then spend them on upgrades. Every station can be improved through six tiers of better equipment, and each one can be staffed with up to two baristas. Unlock tea, pastries, sandwiches, smoothies and the town's own special, add tables for more regulars and decor such as ferns, lamps and a retro radio to raise your tips. Hire a manager and they will keep upgrading your favourite station for you.
When you are ready, open a new branch. Harbour Quay by the sea, Pine Peak in the mountains and Lantern Alley after dark each have their own look and their own signature drink or treat. Every café runs at the same time, so the whole chain keeps earning.
Every few minutes the rush hour arrives. The line doubles and the whole café is buzzing. Tap the customers as fast as you can to keep your combo alive: the longer the streak, the bigger the multiplier, and you finish with a bonus and up to three stars. Players who leave the game idle still earn, and players who join the rush earn more. It is your choice every time.
Close the game and your cafés keep brewing. When you come back, a welcome-back card shows what the chain made, and you can watch a short video to double it. Managers make the staff work longer nights, so the more you automate, the more you collect.
Once the chain is thriving you can hold a Grand Reopening: start again from the first corner café, keep your Golden Stars, and every star adds a permanent boost to all your income. Each run is faster than the last.
Tips: buy the cheapest upgrade that pays back fastest, since the buttons show you the income each one adds. Save a few coins before the rush so you can buy as soon as it ends. Use the Towns tab to switch cafés, and set each manager to the station that still has the most to give.
How to play
Tap the waiting customers to serve them and earn coins, then buy upgrades from the panel at the bottom: stations, staff, tables and decor. When the rush hour bell rings, tap customers fast to build a combo. Open new towns from the Towns tab. Keyboard: Space serves a customer, 1 to 4 switch tabs, P or Esc pauses, M mutes.

FAQ
- Do the cafés earn when the game is closed?
- Yes. They earn at a reduced rate for a few hours while you are away; hiring managers raises both the rate and the time limit. A welcome-back card shows what you made.
- Do I have to play the rush hour?
- No. If you ignore it you still earn as usual. Tapping through the rush just earns extra coins and a bonus on top.
- What is a Grand Reopening?
- A reset for permanent power. You start again from the first café and keep your Golden Stars, which add a bonus to all income. It is always optional and the game tells you how many stars you would earn.
- Does the video ad do anything important?
- Videos are always optional. You can watch one to double your welcome-back coins or to start a three-minute double-income boost. You only get the reward if the video plays to the end.
- Is my progress saved?
- Yes. Progress is saved on this device after every purchase and to your account when you are signed in.
